Identifying the Hawkmen from Hawkman No. 1

In the first issue of Hawkman No. 1, Bryan Hitch gave us an incredible 2-page spread of many Hawkmen "across time and space." I counted 45 versions of the hero but I was able to identify only 12 of them! A couple of these are guess so if you have a better guess or can identify some I couldn't, feel free to post it in the comments!
1. Katar Hol/The Savage Hawkman
8. Katar Hol of Thanagar
9. Carter Hall of Current Hawkman Series
13. Katarthul of Rann
15. Catar-Ol of Krypton
16. Golden Age Carter Hall
28. Katar Hol of The New 52 Futures End
33. Golden Age Carter Hall (Yellow Cowl)

Board Review of Hawkman Vol. V No. 1

The first issue of Hawkman finally arrived this week. As a Hawkman fan, the last three months have been a time of speculating, hoping and guessing about what the new series will bring us. Over the course of the last three months, I have had the pleasure of meeting writer Robert Venditti on Twitter and later on The Comic Source podcast, tweeting and talking with him about what he is planning for the new series. The more news I heard, and the more information I received, the feeling that something special was going to be starting on June 13th gradually intensified as the release day approached. It’s been three days since I first saw the book, and I have to admit that as a Hawkman fan, I was disappointed. I was disappointed in the fact that I had held my expectations too low. Nothing prepared me for what I experienced on June 13th. Let me get into the details of the book, and I’ll explain more about what I mean at the end.

Reviews for Hawkman No. 1

Hawkman No. 1 is finally released! There have been a flurry of reviews coming out of everywhere. The best reviews I've read today are by Doug Zwaisza at Comicosity and Louie Hlad at The Beat.

Doug says: "Rest assured, fellow Hawkfans, Hawkman #1 is worth the wait. Venditti and Hitch, along with inker Andrew Currie, colorist Alex Sinclair, and the Comicraft lettering crew, have given us a comic that stands proudly alone, yet pays wonderful, loving homage to everything that has gone before." Louie says: "Let’s all make an agreement with the creative team of Hawkman #1 right now, okay? Let’s promise to judge the book on its own merits as a fresh start, not by whether it matches our favorite incarnation of the character exactly or (worse) by whether it makes any sense of that tangled web of nonsense. They’ve signed up for a hell of a job, we can grant them some latitude. But we’re going to ask for something in return. We, the bruised and weary fans, have a list of demands for the new creative team." Link to Article

Hawkman is finally back! And the start looks very promising! Issue No. 2 is out July 11th! Go ahead and get it on your pull list, Hawkfans!

In the center of DC Nation No. 1 (released June 6th), there was a complete surprise from Bryan Hitch! There is also a lot of information about the Carter Hall in the new series and Hawkman's fighting style! This is a must for Hawkman fans who are getting ready for the new series to start!
