An Underrated Justice League Hero Shows Off a Major Power Upgrade (ScreenRant)
In the Galaxy comic masquerading as a Hawkgirl comic, Hawkgirl defeats this giant dragon that came out of who-knows-where for who-knows-why. Galaxy, who has an awesome power that adapts to every plot, gives Hawkgirl the ability to turn her former lives into shining doves of light that act as a shield and then form into a gigantic sword of light. This process was apparently supposed to be extremely painful but they both shrug it right off and are fine. Did I miss something? This is not Hawkgirl's power. She did this with Galaxy's plot power. And one slain dragon doesn't make you legendary. Sorry.
"For years, fans have passionately debated who would triumph in a face-off between Hawkgirl and Hawkman." Huh? I've been a fan of Hawkman and Hawkgirl for almost 50 years, and I've been doing Hawkworld for almost eight years, and I have literally never heard any kind of discussion, debate, or argument about this among the fans. The general consensus is that they both have different abilities and styles, while Hawkgirl was first created as a supporting creator in the first years, she has gradually taken her rightful place as Hawkman's partner and his equal. But if this writer wants to argue about power, I'll have to remind him/her of Hawkman's ultimate weapon, the Claw of Horus.

Hawkman comes in at number 7. I think he should have been a bit higher on the list. The series had some really low-budget outfits, but I think they really came through with Hawkman's costume. Along with Michael Shank's performance, many fans consider this version the best live-action Hawkman to date. That's pretty good for a hero who barely had four appearances.

I have no idea what the reason is for this sudden surge, but it's great to see Hawkfans and comic fans joining. If you make something worthwhile, they will come!
